Realities About Photocopy Machine History
Making Photocopy Machine History
The main authority printer wasn't made with a Frankenstein-esque machine and a clucking researcher. It was made with a zinc plate, some sulfur, and a cotton tissue.
In a little loft in Queens, New York, Chester Carlson understood the blend of electric conductivity and light copied pictures.
The absolute first fruitful xerox picture read "10-22-38 ASTORIA." This was the beginning of electrophotography, which prompted the principal Xerox machine.
The Xerox 914
A beast if at any time there was one, the Xerox 914 was the first promoted Xerox machine.
It... worked. But it weighed 648 pounds and was 42" high x 46" wide x 45" profound.
This machine could print an astounding 100,000 duplicates for each month in highly contrasting, making it the primary monochrome-type copier.
How's that for photocopy machine history?
Its further developed cousin, the shading copier, didn't go along until numerous years after the fact.
